Hill top Ranch is located 10 miles Northwest off Hwy 87 North and Ranch Rd 648 on Vintage Oaks Rd. This is a gated community with private granite gravel roads and has more of a country feel. Tracts vary in size from 10.1 acres to 42.68 acres. The whole development looks like a park, is very horse friendly, and is in a great water well area. Water wells produce 25-60 gpm at about 240 ft.
